MMV: P. berghei-infected blood was withdrawn from mice by cardiac pucture before being immediately added to ookinete culture medium containing test compounds. 26 hr later, GFP-positive ookinetes were identified and counted by automated microscopy. All compounds were tested in 4 independent experiments and data presented here is the mean. IC50s determined for selected compounds.
