Set up a Project Workspace

A project is a research workspace that ties together every search, favorite, note, alert, and collection so that you can pick up where you left off without rebuilding context.

Sign in required

Projects are available for signed-in users. Without an account you can still search up to 3 times per day and use every non-LLM tool.

Sign in with Google →
  1. A default project named "My Project" is created for you on first sign-in.
  2. Use the project switcher at the top right of every page to switch between projects or create a new one.
  3. Anything you save while a project is active — searches, favorites, notes, alerts, collections — is automatically attached to it.
  4. Open the Project Summary page to see a full timeline, recurring queries, focus entities, and recommended next actions.
Step 1

Start from a Question

Use natural-language search as the intake point for a project. Pull back ChEMBL results without writing a query by hand, then keep the resulting evidence in project history so it can be replayed, reviewed, and connected to later work.

Example queries:
EGFR inhibitors with IC50 < 100 nM
Approved drugs for breast cancer
Compare selectivity of erlotinib vs gefitinib
HDAC inhibitors in clinical trials
Step 2

Data Exploration

Go deeper on any target or approved drug. Target snapshots and evidence cards give you the full picture — approval history, activity signals, and key literature — in one place.

Step 3

Compound Analysis Tools

Move from a hit list into property review, side-by-side comparison, identifier cleanup, or structure editing — without leaving the browser.

Step 4

Hit Triage & Reporting

Once you have a hit list, use the Compound Compare Board to rank and shortlist candidates side-by-side. Revisit any past search as an annotated trail, or export an evidence card as a shareable PDF.

Step 5

Laboratory Utilities

Finish the loop with unit conversion, dilution planning, plate design, and cell seeding support — all calculation tools run fully offline in the browser.
