What it is
Natural-language search lets you ask a research question and receive structured ChEMBL-backed results without writing SQL.
When to use it
- When you know the target, disease, compound class, or potency threshold you want to inspect.
- When you want a result table that can lead into target, compound, or assay review.
Follow these steps
- Open Search.
- Write one clear sentence with target, activity type, and threshold if known.
- Review filters, columns, and generated evidence before saving or exporting.
Good input example
EGFR inhibitors with IC50 below 100 nM
Watch outShort or vague questions can return broad results. Add the target, measurement, and threshold whenever possible.
